Survival Straw Water Filter

The AQUA Logic Survival Straw is a compact (emergency) water filter designed for situations where safe drinking water is unavailable. Its lightweight, portable design makes it ideal for hiking, travelling, and camping. What is unique about the Survival Straw is that it is easy to clean (backwash) during use.

Filter Characteristics

Ultrafiltration membranes with a pore size of 0.01–0.03 microns, providing effective filtration against:

• Pathogenic organisms: Bacterial reduction of >99.9999% (including Cholera, Shigella, Typhus, Klebsiella terrigena, Legionella, and E. coli)
• Cysts/Protozoa: (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium)
• Micro- and Nano-plastics: Removes particles as small as 0.03 microns (30 nanometers)

Note: Clean your filter regularly to maintain a good flow rate.

Usage Options

Note: Sucking on a straw filter requires a lot of force; options A and C are therefore recommended in practice.

1. Screw the filter onto an opened PET-bottle.
2. Open the spout cap and suck water through the filter. Sqeeuze the bottle if necessary.
3. After use, close the spout cap while the filter remains attached to the PET-bottle
